Nearly Me 250 So-Soft Triangle Equalizer Breast Form has standard weight silicone and is a thin, triangular partial form that fits over remaining tissue to fill out and balance the breast after lumpectomy or reconstructive surgery. It is ideal for smaller surgeries or for equalizing breasts that are different sizes. Nearly Me 250 is symmetrical and fits both the right and left side of the body and can be positioned anywhere fill is needed.
