EmBRAce your Beauty Health Initiative for Girls

 The 2nd Annual EmBRAce your Beauty Health Initiative for Girls raises awareness about the devastating effects of breast and reproductive cancer in the African American community. While everyone’s journey is unique, African American women have the highest mortality rate and the lowest survival rate. Our mission is to empower young girls to be more proactive about their health while increasing their self-esteem and self-confidence. Our objective is to educate them about the importance of breast and reproductive health. Breast and reproductive cancers do not discriminate, and survivors are getting younger. Early detection saves lives! The earlier we educate our young girls the more lives we can save.

Rhyan’s H.O.P.E. (our sister organization) is a nonprofit organization that promotes wellness in young girls between 9-19 years of age. Our focus is on their physical, social, environmental, intellectual, and emotional well-being. By using a multi-disciplinary approach, we can enrich the lives of young girls and provide an environment that nurtures their mind, body, and spirit.
